私たちの研究室は花卉園芸植物の
　1) 揮発性有機化合物 (Volatile Organic Compounds, VOCs) の分析と代謝メカニズムの解明
　2) 培養技術(in vitro propagation)を用いた野生ランの大量増殖法の開発
　3) ゲノム編集技術を用いた野菜・花卉類の新品種作出
等の研究に取り組んでいます。

　さらに、耐暑性トマト並びに耐病性ウガラシの新品種開発のプロジェクトを遂行しています。

　芳香成分分析、オミックス解析、ゲノム編集等に興味のあるかたはいつでも歓迎します。

We are working on
1) Analysis of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) Synthesized in Various Ornamental Plants
2) Development of in vitro Propagation Techniques for the Mass Production of Wild Orchids
3) Development of new vegetables and floricultural plants using Genome Editing technique.

Furthermore, we are running research project to develop
1) Heat tolearance Tomatoes
2) Diseas resistant chili peppers
3) Development new tomato varieties using genome editing technique
